Everyday we show up differently and have different needs. I read you constantly to get you exactly what is most useful. There is no one-size-fits all approach when it comes to taking care of your body. Some clients like intensity while others want to get better at resting or breathing. Some get excited when they slam and punch things, others enjoy Tai-Chi-looking calisthenics.

After the first session will feel undeniably right. What are results to you? Feeling more aliveness and comfort in your body? Stress release? Moving with ease and confidence? We will practice using your body how you want to! You won’t be doing long-term damage to your joints for short-term results. People will notice something different about you, and it’s not always shapes. Aesthetics can reflect inner health and do matter too.

If you can lay down a yoga mat, then there's enough space. Otherwise I have a gym that I rent in Uptown, and there’s always a nice green park.

In-home personal trainers rely less on unnecessary fitness equipment. A mobile trainer will come to you, saving you time and giving you one less reason to workout that day. This also means you don't have to geographically settle for an underpaid, inexperienced employee.

On average clients train twice per week. Some once... others three. No wrong answers. I have yet to be a live-in-trainer haha!
