Beginners at Exercise
Your first year of exercise will look very different from your 2nd, 5th, or even 20th.
So, if you have no experience exercising or very little, your movements need to be a bit more gentle and simple compared to experienced ‘worker-outers’ - although you will get no less benefit!
Most of my clients are brand new to exercise. I’m very, very good at this. I have thousands of hours spent with people exploring their muscular system. I study how to guide a safe yet effective training, and I break it down to make things easy as possible. Most trainers cannot remember (or imagine) (or care) what it’s like to be new.
Many exercisers say that their enjoyment of exercise goes up with each year they continue. From my experience I agree! What a huge pleasure it can be to take care of ourselves.
