As an injury-free professional acrobat for 8 years, I know about how to incredibly strong without doing long-term damage. If you want muscles for physique or for function, I’ve got you covered on both!
We can use weights, suspension (TRX straps), or body weight (calisthenics). It all depends which is appropriate for your goals and also which you enjoy the most!
When we drive a car, we first take our foot off the brake. So with the body we first we remove tension and stress from the body. Otherwise we are fighting against ourselves which causes massive wear-and-tear.
